Convly (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you visit convly.app.
The short version: All file conversion processing happens entirely inside your browser using WebAssembly. Your files are never uploaded to any server. We have no access to the content of your files.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect, store, or process your files or their contents.
- We do not require account registration or login.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit Convly, certain information is collected automatically:
- Usage analytics — including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and device type. This is collected via Google Analytics (GA4) and Vercel Analytics. This data is aggregated and used only to understand how the site is used and improve the service.
- Log data — standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. These logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — help us understand site traffic patterns. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
- Advertising cookies (Google AdSense) — used to show relevant advertisements. Google may use cookies to personalize ads based on your browsing history. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
