Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Convly (“the Service”) at convly.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Convly provides free, browser-based media file conversion tools. All processing is performed locally within your browser using WebAssembly technology. No files are uploaded to our servers.
Permitted Use
You agree to use Convly only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to convert, process, or distribute illegal content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure
- Infringe on intellectual property rights when converting or distributing media
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any files you process using Convly. We claim no ownership over your content. The Convly application itself, including its code and design, is the intellectual property of Underscore Technologies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results of a specific quality. Conversion quality may vary depending on the input file and browser capabilities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or files.
Important: Always keep backups of your original files before conversion. While we process everything locally in your browser, we cannot be held responsible for conversion errors or lost data.
Advertising
Convly displays advertisements via Google AdSense to support the free service. By using Convly, you acknowledge that ads may be shown. For information on how Google uses data from ad serving, visit Google's advertising policies.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
